A court projection built around velocity, rupture, and Gators scale.
Problem
The piece needed to turn familiar Florida ingredients into a sharper arena moment: the Gators mark, the blue-and-orange palette, the rim, the ball, and the athlete rising through the frame.
The court had to feel active from the first frame, with enough pace, contrast, and visual force to read across the full arena floor.
Solution
Claymaker built the visual language around motion under pressure.
Blue fields, orange streaks, hard diagonal breaks, fractured shapes, and moments of graphic distortion gave the floor its sense of velocity. Rotoscoped game footage placed players inside the graphic system, so dunks, drives, and impact moments could collide with light, color, motion, and the court itself.
Implementation
The 3D bookends gave the projection a stronger frame, opening and closing the piece with dimensionality and a clear sense of occasion.
Throughout the piece, the Gators mark anchored the floor, stretched through perspective, repeated across the surface, and moved with the larger motion system. Blue carried the depth. Orange delivered the heat. The final projection gave Florida Men's Basketball a floor piece with bold color, aggressive movement, player intensity, and a clear Gators identity.
